Greater Wisconsin Committee Attack Ad
Here's the script.
Pretty weak attempt to use the caucus case to besmirch Green.
For a look at Doyle's ethical track record, check out the Doyle File.
Clearly, Doyle had to get rid of his own connections to the caucuses, so that he could pave the way for the GWC ads.
I haven't seen the ad, only read the script.
Surprisingly weak.

What's so weak about this ad you have not seen?
I've now seen it and stand by the claim. Not particularly hard hitting nor damaging.
Extremely disengenuous. Bill C/Xoff knows that the "caucus chair" had no official duty with the party caucuses. This a smear attempt by confusing people that as the caucus chair he was somehow in charge of the caucuses. Of course with Doyle having actual indictments hanging out there - they are desparate to muddy the waters.
Green was hip deep in stuff that sent people to jail. Not a problem? Please.
Hip Deep... yeah, nice try Bill.
Wish Xoff would stop playing "anonymous."
Of course, if being hip deep in the caucus scandal was really a big rpoblem, then the Assembly Dems would be up the creek. But in Dane county - they are free to frolic in their hypocrisy. And don't give me any of this crap about Chvala and Burke - McCann pushed those buttons and Blanchard followed up by charging Reps to get even. Shirley Krug is the luckiest felon on earth followed closely by Pocan.
If it's illegal to campaign from a state office building, then why did Green's State Capitol office have a private phone line installed so he could make fundraising calls?
Good question - have any proof of that? Or are you simply using the old "Do you still beat your wife" trick?
