THE PEOPLE WHO ONCE LIVED IN N.O. ARE LIVING IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY. WHICH MEANS THEY ARE NOT COMING BACK GENIUS. (Why does Jesse Jackson, feel it necessary to ask such STUPID questions)
