Nearly seven in 10 think most members of Congress do not try to follow the same rules of behavior as most Americans, and a similar number believe most members consider themselves above the law.Where do they get that idea?

It certainly couldn't have something to do with Rep. Jefferson hiding documents in his office, could it?
Or with Cong. Mark Green ignoring the orders Wisconsin courts and the Dept of Justice? You can take the boy out of Washington, but you can't take the Washington out of the boy...
