Today's Journal Sentinel Daywatch story sounded familiar:
That's right. It was reported here on Tuesday.Hearing set on Green PAC money
Madison - A Dane County judge has set a hearing for Sept. 21 on the request of Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Green for a temporary injunction that would block a state Elections Board order that the Green campaign give up $467,844 in donations from out-of-state political action committees.
Circuit Judge Richard Niess set the hearing after Green's campaign formally asked for a temporary injunction, saying the order to divest unfairly singled it out because candidates for the last 29 years have been able to transfer money from their federal account to their state campaign fund.

I think he's going to have to at least put the money into escrow until things get settled in court.
I mean, we all know EXACTLY what will happen if they let him keep the money outright until the matter is legally resolved: He'll spend every last nickel in his campaign fund and then say, "Oops! We can't give the money back because it's all gone."
If they let Tom Barrett transfer campaign funds, they should let Mark Green. What are you libs acared off? I know. The latest Zogby poll that shows that Green has pulled within the margin of error even with Jim Doyle and the GWCs untruthful, slizzy, BS ads. People aren't buying it. Doyle's in serious trouble especially if the injunction is held up.
