But didn't there used to be five Great Lakes?
Leibham only acknowledges two.

The vast majority of more than 1,200 people responding to a survey in the 81st Assembly District said Wisconsin residents should not be allowed to carry hidden guns, but a computer error reversed the numbers and indicated just the opposite.
Instead of showing that those surveyed oppose hidden guns, the Legislative Technology Services Bureau, overseer of the state’s computer system, published numbers in favor of a proposal that would allow state residents to carry concealed weapons.
“As soon as I saw those numbers I knew there was a screw up and tried to correct it as fast as possible,” said state Rep. Dave Travis, D-Waunakee. “Actually, 86% said we shouldn't have guns in public buildings and 76% (said no guns) in cars.”
Travis said there’s no excuse for the computer malfunction that resulted in the bad numbers.
Office staff had LTSB check his computer system to make sure the final numbers from his questionnaires were correct.
“The response was great!” he said. But the numbers were wrong.
“Unfortunately, somebody will probably run with the bad numbers,” said Travis.
A staffer speculated a computer was cross-tabbing incorrectly. After the mistake was remedied the correct results of the survey were published.
The cause of the error is being investigated.
