Opening for talk show host
Mark Reardon is out at WTMJ radio. They say budget cuts, but who knows the real story?
Anyway, as a goodwill gesture to Journal Broadcast Group, since I've been pretty rough on them lately, I have a money-saving idea. Give Reardon's show to Jessica McBride, who will probably do it for free, just for the publicity.

Why don't you audition? You'd be booted by Brewers & Bucks a good chunk of the time and you seem to have plenty of free time on your hands....
I mentioned this on my own blog, but can't Ms. McBride come up with an original name for her blog? Media Matters (for America) was kinda taken already.
I'm glad, too, someone else is aware of McBride's proclivity for self congratulation and self publicizing.
Is this what is supposed to happen when you marry a conservative?
I thought that Reardon was hands down the most talented guy that WTMJ had. It's almost criminal that the Green House continues to air and Reardon is out.
McBride has filled in for that time slot on a few occasions, so it would not surprise me to see them go in that direction.
The Sykes/McBride lovefest could reach epic proportions if she got the job.
